DJM also uses their complete machine shop for producing some parts, short production runs and proto type parts for new products.

CNC Burn Table produces our flat patterns for fabrication. This machine can make one or a thousand piece the same each time.

Our Certified Welders at Work. All of our products are welded in fictures to ensure proper fit.

Coil springs wound to exacting tolerances then load tested to DJM's exacting tolerances.

After our parts get a hammer tone grey powder coating, they are assembled. Bushings and ball joints are installed as necessary. Hardware and instructions are packaged into DJM boxes and are ready to ship.
