| DJM's newest drop kit for 2002 Dodge 1500. This kit drops 2"
in the front by simply replacing the lower control arms or coil springs.
Control arms do not require any modification to the truck and can use factory
shocks.. Coil springs require removing the factory bump stop and replacing the
shocks. The amount of drop can vary when using coil springs. The rear flip kit
uses DJM's exclusive flip brackets with adjustable pinion angle. The lifting
shackles have multiple holes to allows you to adjust the rear drop to match the
front. The flip kit includes new ubolts, nuts, spring plates, lifting shackles
and bump stops. The rear kit is "bolt on" and uses all factory mounting, even
the bump stops bolt to original holes without drilling or welding. |

Control arms are available in 2" and 3" drop and are designed for
use with the factory coils. These control arms include new ball joints and
urethane bushings with twin tube sleeves. 2" arms will work with factory wheels
and tires.
3" arms require changing the
stock tires (1" overall diameter smaller than stock) and may also require minor
modification to tie rod ends to adjust toe end.

Front Coil Springs designed for 4 door. Height may vary when
using coil springs. Standard cabs expect about 1-1/4" drop. New shocks are
required when using coil springs. |

| Rear Lowering Shackle |

DJM lowering
shackles for lowering the rear of a full size 2002-2005 Dodge Ram. The new
shackles replace the factory shackle and provide a rear drop of 1/2" to 1-1/2",
by bolting onto the rear leaf springs. DJM part number SH1092. |
| Test result show varying amount of drop when
using this shackle. The amount of drop on your vehicle may vary from 1/2”
to 1-1/2”. By installing this shackle you understand that the results may
be a minimal amount of drop.May have some interferance with mounting bracket,
some modifaction may be required. |
